306 Westview Ave
Previously, 317 Lynnwood Blvd, The Westview Project, is on a pie-shaped lot at the corner of Westview and Lynnwood Blvd in Nashville. This 1927 gem was barely visible when we first discovered it. We found this original photograph (seen above) at the Nashville Historic Commission and hoped to peel back the home’s layers and restore it to its former beauty. This will be our sixth historic renovation since founding our company LaSalle Properties Group.
We are in the final stages of this project and plan to bring it to the market in April. This month, we installed all of our marble and soap stone countertops, high-end brass hardware, laid sod in the yard, finished landscaping, and are just adding the final touches now. We are thrilled with how it’s turning out and cannot wait to invite you all to come see it very soon!
